Our main focus is to select the appropriate candidate in coherence to Strategical Planning and our long term targets. These candidates are selected in accordence with equality of opportunity, and without any discrimination of religion, race, language, gender, age, ect, and by recruiting the right person for their competence and experience on the subject , in order to professionally manage our personnel in a system.
The first interview for recruiting at Baran Ambalaj A.Ş. is done by the the Human resources on competence basis. Candidates are reported according to the job required from them, their attribution and competence. Candidates who are found appropriate by the Human Resources department then will be evaluated by the Division Managers according to their technical knowledge, conformity to the team, appropriate level of experience and competence. Candidates whose evaluations found positive will then be offered the position and recruitment process begins. All candidates will be informed about the outcome of their application.
